This piece explores the relationship between light and shadow and the role both play in our growth. In black and white, the disco ball becomes a symbol of self relfection beyond labels, distraction, and appearances. Like a mirror, it invited us to look inward and acknowledge all parts of ourselves, not only the qualities we celebrate, but also the fears, wounds, doubts, and limiting beliefs that shape our experiences. The light on the discoball is a reminder that even in our darkest moments, there is wsidom, growth, and possibility waiting to be revealed. Honoring the courage it taks to face what has been hidden, to sit with discomfort, and to explore the parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen and understood. Through this process, the shadow becomes a teacher rather than something to fear.
